Worth while to switch over stock 18 “to 19 “rims and tires?

easiest way to upgrade is to run the sportpackage 19's or the nismo 19's. the nismo 19's use 285/30/19 on the rear and have a tad more aggressive offset so it will appear to have a slight more wheel gap than the sportpackage 19's.

if you go aftermarket i suggest you find wheels with this spec if you dont plan on lowering:

19x9 front ET27-47 245/40/19 tires
19x10 rear ET15-20 275/35/19 tires
