I have gone with 9.5 x 18 ET35 TC105N as track-day wheels, with 12.7mm spacer for front and 25.4mm spacer for the rear (I have ARP extended studs so my spacers are machined to be hub-cenrtic on the Nissan hub and to fit the 75mm bore on the TC105N)
I run either 275/35R18 or 265/35R18 tyres for a square setup ... the 265 are Dunlops DZ03G which have tread width of 275mm anyway and static radius of only 305mm mm(dynamic radius of 315) so I get a lower CoG without compromising suspension arm angles, and the gearing is equivalent to 3.9 gears. The 275 are variously NT01 and R888 and I have also tried a set of A050 Yoki's in 265 as well. I've come to the conclusion that in the absence of a big uplift in torque, a square setup on the "fat" 265 is perhaps the sweetest handling/grip option, but that is personal. I'm not so much into aesthetics, but more about mechanical grip and laptimes ... The R888 in 275 have a similar dynamic radius to the Dunlops, so the price I can purchase at is usually the determining factor. |

BC Racing BR Series Coilovers SPC Rear Camber Arms Toe Bolts Camber Settings: See Printout above No fender modifications Car was on Swifts and there was no rubbing. Passenger side rubs slightly on BC's take sharp left hand turns. Needs raised slightly to fix issue. Another alignment will be done after passenger side rubbing is fixed. Currently waiting on SPC Front Camber Arms. Car is extremely aggressive on the BC Coils with the F14's in this offset. I was damn near FLUSH on Swifts, but due to the new drop there is more negative camber. I will update after the alignment has been corrected. I am in love with the way it looks. Slight rubbing issue is being addressed and I am extra careful with speed bumps now. Sideskirts and Fast Intentions exhaust barely clear and I have scraped the exhaust after initial install. It has only hit at the flange areas of the exhuast. ***Wheel weight is based on Forgestar's Data Testing*** Front wheel weight: 25.6 Rear wheel weight: 25.7 Front wheel/tire weight: 54.5 Rear wheel/tire weight: 58.6 |
Surprised there aren't a load of stock wheels with spacers..still unsure what size to get

It also helps that I'm not dropped too low with EIBACHS. 11) Additional comments Looks great and sits flush with your fenders. Using OEM size tires provides a subtle stretch which IMO looks good. Use more aggressive tire sizes if that suits you better also, both styles look gerat. 12) wheel and/or tire wieght A couple pounds heavier than stock. |
hey guys, could a 18x9 +15offset fit upfront? i need new fronts and am thinking about putting a pair of base 18's up front, but dont want to buy them if they wont fit(cant return)
thank you |
Very cool thread guys. Lots of good notes on fitments that work. Anyone in here have SSR SP1's 20x10's 20x11's? Just curious to know spacers and offsets for that wheel.
|
This is a good idea. Thanks everyone. I have a really good idea on what sizes to run and look out for.
