Default 19s in front/20s in rear?

Decided to check out some Forgestar F14s
I'm more interested in 20s rather than 19's but was wondering if anyone went with a bigger rear wheel? I'm thinking of maybe 19x8.5+26/ 20x10.5+20.
I'm not good with sizes and all that so I'd need some help from you guys and girls. Do you think this combo would even work? And will the F14s even clear the Sport brakes? Thanks in advance

i dont know the options for forgestar, but post them up and I will help you out. The setup is actually not horrible, I have seen people run it on 350z's. It actually has a nice feel from what I hear, as you dont have that big wheel feel in the front of the car, yet you still have the look. If they have an option for 19x9.5 in the front tell me the offsets bc it would be a much nicer setup.

The 19x9 w/ a +20 should look pretty nice, if you want it a bit more aggressive I would run the 19x10 +20 and 20x10.5 +20 though I wish they had something in say like a +12 or +10 in an 11 for the rear.

Sofia,

I agree with Chris he has picked out some good offsets for you to choose from. Also, what size tires are you wanting to run? Are you planning on lowering the car? Is your preference on a beefy tire look or mild stretch? This type of information can be very helpful in picking the right offset and size wheel. It will also give you the look you are imagining how these will look on your car.

Caravan ran these wheels last year and should still remember his specs. Alot of people loved the look of his wheels. He did have an issue on delivery time and color matching from wheel to wheel but I believe Forgestar remedied the issue.

Let us know about your tire size and what look you want and we can get you the best setup for your ride

19x10 +20 and 20x10.5 +20.Yea, I guess this size sounds good...probably won't need spacers, correct?

I'd like the rear tires to be bigger/fatter width-wise. Not sure which dimensions to run or which brand. Need something decent in the rain and has great traction (car's my DD) I want tires that'll last more than 10k miles

The combo will work fine, so long as you size the tires properly. You'll want to keep the overall outside tire diameter the same as stock though. The wall profile for the 20's will obviously be half an inch shorter than the 19's. You could be limited to tire choices if you go with 20's however.

Personally, I think 18" or 19" is as far as I would go..... but thats just me. 20's are more for show, rather than performance benefits. 18's are the sweet spot for performance and tire size options while 19's sacrifice a tiny bit for an inch more wheel.
