Can anyone photoshop some blue into this pic please? Maybe along th outside rim and the Vs and maybe another with blue on the flat area that starts where the

Can anyone photoshop some blue into this pic please? Maybe along th outside rim and the Vs and maybe another with blue on the flat area that starts where the lugs are and goes towards the rim?
