Any one know if these are brushed or polished rims? What's the name of these puppy?

Forgiato Martellatos. The lips look brushed and faces painted.

Martellatos has my full last name in it! Those are a little too flashy and dished for my taste, but it does work pretty well on that PW with the front bumper and side skirts.

Looks like a photoshop.

I would recommend you look at Venacis instead, these are overpriced.
