Just got back from wheels shops

what im trying to get at is why it says our rear offsets are like 18 and all the wheel shops show 47. Meaning our offsets according to rim shops

Meaning our offsets according to rim shops is 45 front and 47 rear. Our owners manual shows 18 in the rear. WHats up with that. Can someone please chime in the OFFICIAL OFFSETS of the rear wheels. Theres no way it is 18 like the owners manual says
