Putting gas into your car to run it is normal operation. Is it normal operation to scratch your rims? The issue of scratched rims is about maintenance not normal operation. You have three options when it comes to scratched rims: 1. leave as is and not think about it 2. take it to a local shop to refinish them 3. buy a new set of rims. Your choice.
