can i rotate Sport-Package Wheel ? I rotated 2 front tires left- right n 2 rear tires left -right den started vibrate.....

I believe if you check the sidewalls of the tires, you'll find that they are directionally specific - meaning they are designed to rotate at highway speed in One Direction only. Swapping them left to right (if I am not mistaken) makes them rOtate in the wrong direction - that's likely what you are feeling.
