Default SSR Type F - Offset help!

Hi Guys,
i'm pretty bad when it comes to sizes and offsets with wheels so i need to pick some of your brains.

I'm looking at replacing my 19" Volk GT-C's with a set of SSR Type F's.

Can someone please advise which offset i should be looking at, obviously to fit over the Z's calipers. Below is the listed sets available.

19 X 8.0 [8.61kg~8.71kg] - $810 per wheel [5-114.3 +38, +48]
19 X 8.5 [8.74kg~8.95kg] - $820 per wheel [5-114.3 +22, +42]
19 X 9.5 [9.06kg~9.38kg] - $840 per wheel [5-114.3 +22, +30, +38]
19 X 10.5 [9.91kg~9.93kg] - $860 per wheel [5-114.3 +15, +22]

I'd love to have the 19x10.5's on the rear as im sure they will fit the wheel arch much better then stock.

I will be getting some suspension later down the track when i get money again if this will affect anything.

So yeah, help me please...

Ell

^ those will work and look flush. Your offsets don't matter in terms of clearing your brakes. Its the thickness of the hub mounting surface. see this thread: Sport Package Caliper Clearance

For a given offset, the bigger the brakes that you have to clear, the thicker the hub mounting surface must be, and the smaller the lip or less concavity you can have.

Both answers given above are correct. Offsets don't affect brake clearance, but the face does. The SSR's should clear the stock Akebonos with no issues.

I remember seeing a 370z here with black Type F... looks hot. But those wheels should clear the brakes.

If you search my name you could find pics of my Type-F setup along with 2 others that have them on black Z's. I sported 19x9.5 +22 and 19x10.5 +15 with 255/35/19 front tires and 305/30/19 rear and both can fit more tire if you wanted to.

^ you think you could fit a +5 offset in the back with the 10.5" wheel and the 305 without any problems?
