yea they really don't care. i totally understand that they have more important crimes than theft to deal with. Drugs/murder/rape. but really, what do you think people are using that

Drugs/murder/rape. but really, what do you think people are using that money for? people don't steal wheels or steal cars for the chop shop to feed their families. its probably to buy drugs.
