Tire pressure settings for daily driving

OK, what about aftermarket rims and tires with lowerd suspension? Would that change psi requirements? i have hankook v12 255/35/19 and 305/30/19? rims and 9inch wide front 10 inch wide

Would that change psi requirements? i have hankook v12 255/35/19 and 305/30/19? rims and 9inch wide front 10 inch wide back. springs are eibach. My mechanic says 38psi is best from his experience for my car.
