Question on tire sizes

I recently upgraded my wheels to an 18 X 8.5 front +30 offset/18 X 10 rear with +15 offset. I currently run a 275/40/18 on the rear tire. What options do I have as far as getting a larger width tire?

I know on the front a 245/45/18 would be ideal (at least I think it would be a good fit).

I've looked at the tire calculator on 1010tires.com and see some options as far as sidewall differences, speed calculations, etc with wider tires but I wanted to get some feedback from people here who have different tire sizes.

I was thinking a 295/35/18 but I'm not sure if it would "bulge" too much with the wheel width I have.
