Not sure why that's happening. Have you tried resetting the ECU (unplug the battery)?

yeah I unpluggeed it for about an hour last night and plugged it back in and this morning it did it again.. i checked the brake fluid just in case.. its fine.. i can't for the life of me think what could cause this, but it never did it til I got the tires.

You probably need to take it in to the dealer... they might need to reset something.
