I'm thinking about changing to Forgestar F14 19x9.5 with 275/30 or 265/35 front and 19x11 with 305/30 rear. What offset should I go with, I am lowered on swift spring

Perhaps a dumb question but would 18x6.5 wheels fit on a base coupe? I found a set of used 225/50/18 winter tires for a good price but they're mounted on 18x6.5 wheels. What are the issues with a much narrower width wheel?

Are 17" wheels possible for the base coupe? What is an appropriate wheel fitment if I go that route? I just want a cheap winter set up. Thanks.

18x6.5 will not work for the z I believe the lowest u could go is 18x8 or 18x8.5 for the base u might be able to go to 17

Hi guys:

I got a set of vossen CV2 20x9 and 20x10.5 with offset F (20) and R (15). Im going to buy a set of Michellin PSS 255-35-20 and 295-30-20. The car is going to get lowered on some BC coilovers.

Will I have any problems of rubbing in any aspect with this setup??

I know a person that had a 370Z with a rear wheel 20x11 with 275 stretch as ****, because 295 didn't fit and the 285 was rubbing and in the front he was running 235 because 255 - 245 did't fit. he had 235.

I'm lowered on swifts running MPSS 255/35/19--295/30/19 on Work GS4's 19x9.5+20--19x10.5+0 and pretty much stock camber. No problems at all but swifts are only 1" lower up front and 1.2" in the rear I believe. Your front wheels would retract by 6mm's from my front and the wheel to strut would have 6 more mm's of clearance from mine. The back setup should explain itself retract by 15mm's and have 15mm's less inner clearance but shouldn't be an issue. Now the lower you go the more camber you'll have to run, to clear or you will have to run narrower tires.

I don't have the best pics to show the clearance.

Was looking at a set of wheels someones selling. Wondering if this is an okay setup to run without rolling the fenders or negative camber in the rear. I currently have Swift springs installed.

- Front: 20x9.5 +15
- Rear: 20x11 +5
- Front Tire: 275/30
- Rear Tire: 315/35

Thanks

wondering if my 19x9.5 +41mm tsw's on front can hold a 275/35/19 and not rub? any input would be appreciated

Youll rub front and rear. Need a +25 or so to not rub in the front and +20 or +22 to not rub in the rear with out rolling or camber

Youll also need to do the 35 sidewall in front and 30 in rear.

They should fit the wheel fine, they wont rub on the fender, but the offset is so high they *might* rub on the suspension. Id suggest a 10mm or 15mm spacer, it will look better too

Can anybody throw out a solid guess for the wheel specs on this Z?

I'm sure somewhere in this thread this has been answered however I couldn't find it

Currently running base setup wheels looking into TSW's Interlagos that are
19 X10.5 27 Rear
19 X9.5 41 Front
Both 1 Inch larger and wider

I would be buying new tires as well.. I've heard that perhaps theres an issue with the offset and scraping the wheel well? I've never confirmed this just read in the forums.

perfect. perfect wheel specs.

Seriously though, an e-mail to SSR could probably answer your question.

Those offsets would require spacers. The fronts especially would require BIG spacers.

How much mm spacers would you think? Are we talking as much as 20+?

Sorry, he had the wrong tire specs listed. Here's the right ones.

- Front: 20x9.5 +15
255/35/20

- Rear: 20x11 +5
305/25/20

Would these work okay?
