Can't find what I'm looking for so I was wondering how an 18x9.5 +15 would work out up front if I'm planning on going with a 275 up front. I know I may need to jump down to a 265 but dont really wanna go to a 255. I am stock height right now but will be on Swifts without a doubt soon. Stock camber as well. Any suggestions/ideas/pictures of this setup actually working?? Thanks guys!

275 up front on a +15 = you'd need camber...
265 you'd need camber..

you need at minimum 25 offset. and then a tire that isnt as wide as other manufacturers or rounded. I ran a conti DW 275 on a + 27 offset oem camber and suspension could have done a 285 i think. but if you get like a michelin tire you'd prolly need a + 30 to run a 275.

Damn that's what I was afraid of.
I guess either ill look for a smaller tire for now or look into a different set of wheels. You think maybe a front fender pull would work? It'd need a bit of pull huh.

the front fender could be rolled and you could squeeze a 265 in there maybe... maybe. I dont think you'd have to pull.

Id rather spend the money on front camber arms than pull or roll tho.

Hey guys. I'm dropped on swifts and thinking of going with Work Kiwami.

Front
9.5 +25
AD08 265/35

Rear
11 +18
AD08 305/30

I'm hoping it fits with no issues, flush but no poke, while continuing to be near +/- the outer range of stock camber specs.

I have a rear spc kit installed and will get the front arms if needed for more camber adjustability.

Will it fit?

Good point. Thanks for all the info. I might just stick to getting some +30 offset wheel, same sizes, and run spacers all around. That way I can run pretty much whatever I please. Thanks again!

SUPER stretch on the front. 245/40 with a minimum of -3 degrees camber IF you are lucky. Rears you can do whatever you want.

Hey guys just ordered some meisters with the following offsets.

19.9.5 +17 F(Adding 5mm spacer putting me at +12)
19x11.0 +0 R

Curious on what tire size I should be running. I know camber is a must since I'm already lowered so I'm not worried about that part at all. Just not sure about the tire sizes..

Thanks!

Tire fitment on Stock Sport Rays

Front: 275/35/19 - 26.6 diameter (its listed as a rear only tire but I'm not sure if that matters???)
Rear: 285/35/19 - 26.9 diameter

Similar diameter sizes as stock...within 0.3 inches...Just wider

Will these tires sizes fit on the stock rays?

Have you tried the rears yet? I like having my car pretty slammed but not going to keep it that way if I'm going to have to really stretch the tires. I have the akebonos, do you have the base brakes? I was told ill need at least a 3mm spacer to clear them.

I have a Nismo so no base brakes. The rears fit fine but stick out a little bit. Im lowered on Swifts but Ill be installing SPL rear camber arms & toe bolts soon.
