Wider and Thinner Tires on Sport Rims

Hi ChrisSlicks, did you have to put any spacers on at all to make it look good with those sizes? You went with the Hankook tires right? Thanks.

I installed the Bridgestone RE-11's.

As for spacers, yes, you will need spacers for a flush look. I'm going with 15mm all around but you could do 20mm in the rear.

yah, well you'll get tramlining from that width so im not a fan, that's all.

even the sport package wheels/tires exhibit tramlining. not something you want to increase by adding the wrong width tires.

Thanks guys, I decided to go with 255/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear of the Ventus V12. Will get them put on this weekend.

Yep. As long as you're not trying to steer with your knees while drinking coffee and talking on your cell phone it's perfectly controllable.
