To OP, any reason why you didn't have this taken care of under warranty? You could have at let Nissan foot the bill the first time they failed. As Mike

To OP, any reason why you didn't have this taken care of under warranty? You could have at let Nissan foot the bill the first time they failed. As Mike mentioned it may have just been a faulty first time installation.
