Sorry, I just got the car. Don't know much about wheels on it. I'm looking at some wheels. Here's the size: 18x7.5 +42. Will this work on my base 370Z

Don't know much about wheels on it. I'm looking at some wheels. Here's the size: 18x7.5 +42. Will this work on my base 370Z with my stock 18" tires? Seems like 7.5 is a bit narrow for the rear tires.
