Is a 18x7.5 +42 too small? See photo

I found these last night. I like them better. Thoughts??? Fronts will be 18x8.5. Which offset is better, 30 or 40? Rears are 18x10. Think my stock tires are ok

I found these last night. I like them better. Thoughts???

Fronts will be 18x8.5. Which offset is better, 30 or 40?
Rears are 18x10. Think my stock tires are ok going from a 9" to a 10" rim?
