Are my wheel spacers damaged?

*update* I got my new set of spacers and this time it was still in the ichiba box so the spacers were triple boxed, last time it was boxed once.

Default Are my wheel spacers damaged?

*update*
I got my new set of spacers and this time it was still in the ichiba box so the spacers were triple boxed, last time it was boxed once. The spacers arrived not damaged. I installed the 20mm spacers and took it for a spin on the highway and no vibration at all.

I bought brand new spacers from a vendor. And all four spacers have dents on the side causing the face of the spacers to bulge out. For people that bought spacers did yours come like this, with dents and bulges? Mike, modshack??
Thanks

Mine had no dings on them! It looks like someone dropped them. I don't think it looks to severe to create a problem, install them and check for any vibrations.... If not comfy with them, return them for another set!

That is not good dude. The aluminim they used is too soft! OR they were not installed correct. What brand are these?

I feel a little iffy putting on spacers already I don't really want to put spacers on that aren't completely flat. If there is vibration or there is vibration later on then I won't know if it's the bulging spacer or who knows. Later on if I sell my spacers It will be difficult to sell spacers with dents in them. But it's good to know someone bought spacers without damage.

These are ichiba spacers. Weird they placed 4 spacers on top of each other in 1 box rather than send me 2 spacers in its own boxes. If you look at the second pic you can see the nut holes are scratched up maybe from the way it was packaged.

they need to be completely flat. You can sand them smooth if you want, but I would return them and get H&Rs instead.

When I bought two sets of ichibas, each set came in its own box. I think they sent you used or returned ones.

*update* spoke to the vendor and they told me to write refuse on the box and drop it off in a mailbox. They're sending me new spacers which I should have next week. A little bummed I couldn't install these yesterday, hopefully the new spacers come undamaged. Will update this thread next week.

Those are damaged. My Ichiba spacers were perfectly flat with zero imperfections.

yah, it *might* make your wheels to vibrate at speed and potentially prematurely wear your bearing. but it's alluminum alloy and doesnt weight much. i'd be more worried about how close the bores are cutout. that spacer looks like it's going to crack.

the only spacers with new studs i use are from Kic's. very well cut and the hardware is top notch. the centering ring is a perfect fit too.
