Thanks for the input. What ever it is, it is, but I'll bet the forged spare is universal for the Z, Coupe or Roadster, but as long as I have one, that's good enough for me.

I do not have the spare, and have been feeling very uncomfortable about it. I am going to order one from the dealer this coming week, then that will be that.

Unlike many other "generic" car models, the Z is the type of car that is too special and unique to risk having a tire/wheel problem without any suitable back-up. I wouldn't trust just anybody to safely get my Z up on a flatbed, or to (God forbid) tow it.
