Default wheel suggestions

I had my back tires changed out today at Nissan and they scrathed the rims, so they are going to fix them but I was wondering if this is a quick fix that wont last or look good? The scrathes are on the outer rim but the chips are more in the center where the rims stick out more. They let the rim fall on its side I think.

Also I was wondering how much it would be to have them power painted too. But I need some ideas for the powder paint design, I don think I want the whole wheel done. I have the touring rims.
