Yokohama says 225/50R18: 28.6lbs and 245/45R18: 29.5lbs When I dusted off my stock wheels with half the tread gone and did the math I came up with 20F and 21.5R,

When I dusted off my stock wheels with half the tread gone and did the math I came up with 20F and 21.5R, but my scale isn't super accurate. Adding back a bit of rubber and I could get your number of 21 for the front.
