Based on my research at Tirerack you need an OBDII tool to register new sensors with the car. That tool looks like it just resets existing sensors. You may want

2009Black is correct. The MaxiTPMS® TS301 will retrieve the sensors' ESN's. Then, you need the ATEQ Quickset Device to send them to the ECU.

The unit has been sitting in my room for more than a week now. With all these snow, there's NO WAY I can change my winter rims just yet . If the weather DOES get better in the First (or 2nd) week of March, I'll do the Summer Wheels swap and test out this tool. I'll def keep you guys posted. If it doesn't work, I'm looking at the one 2009 black posted. This seems like a new product tirerack is carrying. Def worth the shot. Previous TPMS reset tools were way expansive. I'll also let you guys know(as vpn said) if you really need both of these to reset the TPMS or just ONE of these is enough for the job.

Thanks for your patience. Here are some pictures
