Has anyone opted for the can of green slime and a portable compressor in lieu of spare tire?

I went the other direction, and bought a spare tire. My Roadster came with the slime and compressor.

Ya that's interesting. I have to weigh everything back there and see if it's worth removal.

Im skeptical of the slime stuff. Temporary Plug kit with compressor probably better option. Or both slime and plug.
