The better tires going to be hard to get?

I have been searching around, tire rack for one, looking for the Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec, and they only are available in the 245/45ZR18, they don't offer the tire

I have been searching around, tire rack for one, looking for the Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Spec, and they only are available in the 245/45ZR18, they don't offer the tire in the 225/50R18. I have found this to be the case with all of the "better" tires. Does anyone have info that is to the contrary? Hope we can get the better tires for our 370Z's.
