Parked my car right in front of my apartment in a nice section of Queens NY. Came back from Europe and found all 4 wheels and Rims gone with 11k

2016 NISMO left on blocks
Parked my car right in front of my apartment in a nice section of Queens NY. Came back from Europe and found all 4 wheels and Rims gone with 11k miles. Cracked the driver rocker panel too. Anyone know how insurance plays this? Do I have to get the rims first and wheels mounted and then installed on site?Alternatively, anyone know of any nismo rims and tires for sale?
