I thought I misplaced my wheel lock tool but they insisted to check again because they didn't want to take a breaker bar to my wheels. In multiple visits they haven't messed up my wheels. Honestly every company varies branch to branch. I'm sure there's a golden Jiffy Lube among the many that seemingly aren't.
