sorry for the late response but after the track day I should report back.

In one sentence. They are awesome.

they held quite well during the wet lap but they really came out when the track dried up. they just kept on sticking. there were certain times where I thought I would slide off the track but they just kept on going barely losing grip. I do warn you. They are extremely soft so after some laps they really get melty. :roflpuke2:

me too, I love them. I normally run a long life street tire, but got these for dual use as a wet weather track tire and daily driver. Haven't tracked them yet though.

just picked up a set of nitto nt05's ... ill update with my .02 in some time

ok so what is the best daily driver.. in dry and wet... and still fun to play with? then wheres the best place to get some any hekp will be repped :)

Daily driver... I vote the Ventus V12s. They are great dry and wet and are much cheaper than the other alternatives. I would just support the forum and get them through Tirerack. (There's a link you have to go through on the board to get to the site).

+1 on the v12 for cheap good performance daily driver tires. If you will be hitting the track occasionally, the RE11 or NT05's get my vote.
