Probably showing my newbness here, but what is the thing circled in the pic below? I had to take it off to install my new wheels so I hope it

Probably showing my newbness here, but what is the thing circled in the pic below? I had to take it off to install my new wheels so I hope it wasn't important, LOL.

It is a bolt that prevents you from mounting rear wheels on the front. IF you are trying to put on aftermarket wheels, you must remove that bolt first.
