If I move my rear 245/45-18 tires to the front, what recommended size rear tire replacements should I get?

275/40/18 would be exact same diameteras would 315/35/18 but they don't necessarily need to be exact. I would probably go 285

Check here for reference: https://tiresize.com/comparison/

another question. The rear stockers are 245/45R-18 while your recommendation is 275/40ZR-18. That's the only Potenza RE050A available in the 275. Is the difference in R vs. ZR negligible?

The "Z" is speed rating, it has nothing to do with OD.

Actually the 275 tire is Y rated while the 245 is W. Is it ok to mix?

Are you planning to drive it beyond 168 mph for a sustained amount of time?
