Steps: 1: Clean Wheel! Clean it GOOD! 2: Get Scotchbright and scuff the wheel finish inside and out. 3: Clean the wheel again 4: Inspect and repeat as necessary 4a: Tape up wheel as desired 5: 1st coat of automotive primer (I prefer grey) 6: 2nd coat of primer (thicker than the first) 7: Inspect the wheel again and let it fully dry 8: Make any clean ups as necessary in primer 9: Make sure clear of dust and dirt 10: 1st light coat of satin black 11: let it dry 12: 2nd thicker coat (let it fully dry) 13: Final coat of satin black 14: When Dry apply 1st light coat of satin clear 15: when almost dry take a painters cotton cloth and lightly wipe down the wheel 16: repeat one more time 17: let the rim fully dry and inspect it 18: make changes as needed... It took me over 6 hours to do 4 wheels... lets just say the next day I could barely walk from being bent over lol I used Automotive Primer and Satin Spray paint and clear
