Who makes this wheel? Also, would this blackened wheel have been standard on the base model? I checked on ebay and a new set goes for close to $2K and

Who makes this wheel? Also, would this blackened wheel have been standard on the base model? I checked on ebay and a new set goes for close to $2K and I was surprised Nissan would put them on a base model. I didn't like the black look at first but they have grown on me. I plan to add a rear spoiler and FI catback in the late spring but otherwise, leave it stock. I love the way this car was optioned. Cheap radio, no electric seats, and no nav which drove me nuts. Pure driving fun.
