Rear tires same as front ok?

So for my base 370z car w/ 18 tires I can have 245 front and back with no problems.?

If you are doing this so you can rotate them you wont be saving yourself any wear, they will spin way to easily and the z is naturally staggered even with the same size wheels and tires, imo stick to 245/255 and 285/305

Yes, I used a set up like this for my winter wheels\tires. 245/45/18 all corners with stock 18" wheels. Like stated above, you won't be able to rotate them front to back.
