I'm sorry, I have to ask this...how does lowering a car dent it's usability in a "hilly" area exactly?

our roads are pretty bumpy, and by hilly i mean some places are actually on a hill which you have to drive up. so a lowered clearance means less accessibility. i thought it was obvious? scraping my bumper doesnt really bode well with me..
