Ive been reimbursed 3 times from the city. If you document it properly, take pictures of the hole, how deep it was, where its located. You've got a good chance.

Ive been reimbursed 3 times from the city.
If you document it properly, take pictures of the hole, how deep it was, where its located. You've got a good chance. My city declined 97% of all claims lol. This is because people send them a bill, no pictures, not properly documented. its worth a try.
