Default Weird noise coming from rear wheel drivers side

Ok so I've been having this weird noise lately coming from the rear drivers wheel. It's not to loud and I only really notice it when it echoes off a wall and it goes away when I'm driving at a higher speed. Not sure if it's a bad wheel bearing, tire, brakes or something else. Car drives perfect, brakes fine, no weird odors. Maybe you guys can pin point what it is. I'm going to jack up the car this week and let the wheels spin and see where it's exactly coming from.https://vimeo.com/110213006
