Your adhesive doesn't look that stuck on at all, you should be able to use a heat gun and aggitate it with a microfiber towel and it should come right

If it's old adhesive then you can go with the more aggressive options that people are suggesting I have one wheel that it's absolutely impossible to remove the residue from |
