If you go the 17 route, but it's pretty boring that way.

Looks like option C is the most fun and also only 10-15 minutes longer then shooting straight up the 17

Scottsdale to Payson then across on the 260 to Jerome is a rad run too as long as you dont get stuck behind old man bikers.

Yeah, the one up through Wickenburg has the most turns though, just quite a bit longer.

If you guys make the trip on Saturday and take I-17 on the way back, you should stop by my firehouse and say hello. I'll be on-shift. Exit 242 at Black Canyon... :)

Does anyone go to WalMart to get their oil? If you do, does anyone know if your WalMart you go to carry Pennzoil Ultra? It seem I can't find it in any WalMart 20 miles from where I'm at. Thanks everyone!

I get my oil there, but I use Mobil 1. Can't get a better price anywhere else...

Ya WalMart has very cheap oil. I bought my 25 buck for 6 quart for Ultra about 7 month ago. And now it dont seem to have it anymore. Pepboy has Ultra but it's about 10 bucks a quart!

Sorry we didn't. We (I) was so beat after walking around Jerome. Even got sunburned a bit. :(

It was fun though.

Next time we're going to plan it out a little farther in advance so that we can get more people.

It was just three cars, but still fun. Only one ticket, for the M3, and that was pretty much right at the beginning.

Spotted a midnight blue base Z on the 101 North from the 10. A woman driving (I'm pretty sure, was difficult to see in) and passenger. ;)


Caught up to give her a thumbs up, then realized I was at my exit and had to drive crazy to get over.

Oops, first impressions... Hahaha. Hopefully she doesn't think I'm some crazed kid driving a Z. I like to think our community is better than that!

Spotted a new black 2013 Sport on the 101 N (West Valley) over the weekend.

I am in CA this week til Friday - When I get back, we should post a FB event for 370z and see how many show. We have some interests! I was surprised by the amount of people in our area that have a 370.

Maybe I'll start with debadge and plastidipping the door handles for now. Maybe a new powder coat on the calipers soon and intake after (or before) that.

I know someone who made a DIY on plasti-dipping handles.. :)

You should do a little research on the maf tubes + k&n.. for the money, its half the price and you get close to the same amount of hp as some of the top brands.. unless you're going for looks. Then by all means, splurgeee.

What color brakes

I was thinking either a lime green or hyper yellow.

Then, my buddy and I saw this S2K with black rims and a hyper yellow lip... I really liked that and think it'd go well with hyper yellow calipers.

Even like a royal or powder blue caliper may look good and contrast well.

Orrr, body-colored calipers (mid. blue) and hyper yellow rims, though that may be a bit too much.

I bet if you went to a Nissan dealer...you'll get your fill and see a whole bunch of 370's ;)

That's if they even know what a 370Z is. :ugh2:

Hey guys if you looking for some good low mile used parts I will have stuff for sale once I get my car back from Specialty Z. I have things like Z1 intake manifolds and K&N drop in filters, a Nismo AEM CAI, Nismo exhaust, AAM exhaust, ART pipes (Nick's got 1st on the AEM exhaust and ART pipes), Stillen light weight pulley, Nismo springs and probably my m-370 manifold. I'm willing to bring them to Phoenix, Vegas and maybe so SoCal if I'm headed that way. Just a heads up before I offer them on the for sale thread. I saw a Black Nismo right next to me this morning on Ray Rd to get on I-10. I gave he or she a thumb up and dont know if he or she saw me . Didnt want to roll down the window cuz it was too cold. Happy Monday everyone!

Hey guys, recent 370Z owner, I traded in my FRS. Its nice to see that the first thing I read on this last page I am familiar with. I just had John at Allard repaint my Triumph 675 pearl white. He has also done all my FRS parts. Good guy and great quality. In fact if I ever do a 240/280Z project I will be going to him for paint.

What color Z are you driving now?
