Default Wanting to mod my Z! Low budget! $1200

Hi, I am looking to mod my z give it a litte bit hp, but mostly sound. I want the sound to be deep and not to loud. its illegal here to change your exhaust, thats why I am lookin for something thats a bit good, but not too loud or any exhaust system that has remote where you can shut off the valves/sound.

so because I am poor, I've been lookin for things to start with. i am lookin at the stillen gen 3 CAI. and ARK polished stainless steel HFC.

if we get those 2 things, would I notice the sound difference? and if i do, where do I go next? find different mufflers or exhaust? Also whats a good exhaust that gives you great sound/not loud and gives you hp? I've been lookin at videos, ark sounds good, stillen not so much. But the thing is... I know they sound way different in videos than in real life. So any of you listened up and close to few good exhausts?

my 370z is coupe/touring package 2014. its completely stock with 4000KM and warranty.

I have ARK exhaust sounds great not to loud at lower rpms but opens up in higher rpms ... Stillen gen 3 intakes will sound good, I was just as impressed with the sound of my intakes as I am with my exhaust!

Well you bought a 370, you aren't poor in the least. That being said the 370z was the wrong choice if looking to mod cheaply but i'm in to see what you end up doing.... i assume the aam short tails would be too loud but.....cheap

And hey, hey. I didn't shamelessly plug myself and say "buy used, from me, lol"

Mate,

As stated as before you can't be that poor to have a Zed.
As stock - plan and study the forums carefully and save money to get what you want for your Zed.

1st advice I have is look at wreckers around the US - with some luck you may come across some ones misfortune and score some parts from an already modded 370z that got wrecked.

370z is not a car you get crap and put on - just for better sound or what not.
Study the forums and get an idea of what you can do - you will find the end result may be the sound AND added performance.
