WTB 18" space saver spare for 370 roadster

The standard steel is 17". I'm looking for the 18" space saver on an aluminum spoke wheel. If you have one or know a source, I'd be grateful! Thanks for your response!

there are 3 Nissan recyclers in Sacramento(rancho cordova) that seem to have most items,,Tracy isn't that far away for shipping.
