He is in socal though, so you have take into consideration the downtime due to distance, and then of course shipping cost. He may have a loaner set to send out to you while you mail yours in, but that's up to you guys to work out.
Cutting open the 2009 370Z tail lights But honestly, if you can find someone local I suggest going that route. Saves a lot of trouble for both parties. Good luck dude.
