If you could privately PM me your name and/or your friends, they would like to look up the business with us to rectify the situation immediately. As far as cars being left outside, all cars are brought into our shop at the end of every night. This includes all types of cars. If anyones car was rain soaked, this would be news to us, but we would have accepted liability to fix, repair, replace anything that is damaged. We carry full insurance on all cars that come to our shop and treat all cars is if they were one of our own project cars. If anyone would like to see our shop, they can view our live web cam here -
