Update for Case #38077 - "Patch Update"
Hi

We are currently developing a number of different features such as the UP and UPd settings that we will be releasing as soon as possible in a firmware upgrade. You will be able to download the firmware upgrade from our website for free once released. To be notified when the updates are released, you can sign up for our newsletter at: GoPro - Email Updates - Newsletter

In the meantime, if needing to record upside down, some video players and most editing programs such as quicktime pro will allow you to rotate the image. You can do a search in the help section of your particular program for 'rotate image', and you should get further instructions on how to do so.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Many Thanks,

GoPro Support
