Ohhhh. Ok.
I think so long as you have no pending codes (they can be cleared with uprev or a scantool) and the O2 is ready, you should be ok when they test you. Well, just so long as it doesn't throw a pending code (or CEL) during the test and tailpipe emission readings are within limits... Otherwise, I'm not sure -- sounds like Olddude definitely knows what he's talking about on this one.
