Default Questions

I'm planning to buy a Nismo 370z.

There's one thing I want to ask you guys, is there a difference with the nismo z's ecu from the stock z? If so, is it ok if I change my ecu to let's say, a Mine's programmed, MCR, or Amuse?

Another thing is regarding the exhaust, I'm planning to buy an aftermarket exhaust to replace the nismo ones, will the car have significant gains?
ie. nismo exhaust -> amuse r1 titan

thanks in advance

two important things:

a. you have remember the ECU by Mines or MCR are designed for the BASE 370Zs (not Nismo). I'm not sure if it'll work since the Nismo engine is slightly tweaked by Nissan. I would ask the Mine/MCR rep before putting it on the CAR.

b. Nismo exhaust is a TRUE DUAL from the factory so if you're trying to install an exhaust designed for the regular 370Z, you have to modify a little bit (hangers, pipes etc). This is a VERY important and all Nismo owner should ask before they buy an aftermarket exhaust..
