there is a cruise control specific brake pedal switch(there are 2 0n the top of the pedal assembly) the other brake switch is for the lights abs and tcs but

there is a cruise control specific brake pedal switch(there are 2 0n the top of the pedal assembly) the other brake switch is for the lights abs and tcs but one switch is only used by the cruise control, check this and the upper switch on the clutch. also you are having synchro rev issues try redoing the neutral position relearn for the shifter. being that it was in an accident it could be something wrong with the steering wheel switch if you're airbags went off and they F'd it up putting the new one in.
