Unfortunately I dont. I already had long tube air intakes and full aftermarket exhaust installed way before they added headers and high flow cats. This was the first uprev tune ever.

Ok so they didn't pull the car before adjusting the tune?

Just trying to figure out how much you gained

It's a nice Dyno sheet though

They did not pull the car. And if they would have I already had I takes and a full exhausts so we would have never known the stock pull for my z. Yeah the torque line is nice. Straight across.

Really?? Usually they do a few pulls before they tune the car . I think that's what he looking for?

agreed. even though i showed up same as the OP with intakes and exhaust they still "baselined" my car with a few runs just to show my gains from the tune alone.

:iagree: +1.....

Okay, nah I never asked him to baseline it. He told me that is the highest his seen on his dyne. He also said that most dyne around 290-315hp depending on bolt ons. He was surprised with mine. He though something was wrong at first. I might throw in some bigger pipes. I want 340whp.

///PureSwank 01-13-2014 04:06 PM

Another question. If I do a MUFFLER DELETE would that hinder my performance?

Guaranteed the first few runs are your baseline. He needs to know what he's working w/ before he can tune.

I asked my tuner for all my files and did a comparison w/ it. You should too. It'll explain so much more.

Would that affect performance due to loss of back pressure?

I can't go into this but that's a myth. Find motordyne and start reading his engineering posts on exhausts. The big ones on 350z.com

no backpressure pretty much would only be lost if the diameter of the entire exhaust was changed. the muffler really is just doing the job of well muffling the sound lol i'm staight piped all the way except my mufflers at the moment. my friend is all ready to go to make me a set of short tails whenever i give him the green light. probably closer to spring.
