I went thru this b/s with Uprev before, they had a bug in one of there updates and Hans found it in a week.

Bugs creep into software. Happens to the best of companies.
Failure to communicate critical problems to your customers is not acceptable. Failure to acknowledge contacts from customers with bug problems is unforgivable. Is it that difficult to reply with a "Yeah. We're working on it. Don't use the software until we release the fix."? I'll be looking elsewhere when shopping for tuning software.
