Should I go for tune with test pipe or ART pipe?

Need some opinion before go for a tune. Currently I am running with Greddy Turbo Ti-C, Invidia TP, Stillen Gen3 CAI and 25 Rows Oil Cooler. I still wondering should

Currently I am running with Greddy Turbo Ti-C, Invidia TP, Stillen Gen3 CAI and 25 Rows Oil Cooler. I still wondering should I buy ART pipe to replace my Invidia TP because torque lost very noticable then I will go for a tune. Need some advice here. Thanks
